2026 Disability Leadership Oration

Join the Disability Leadership Institute for the 2026 Disability Leadership Oration at the National Archives of Australia in Canberra, with online livestream tickets also available.

The Disability Leadership Oration is an annual event that puts disability leadership at the centre of national discussion and helps shape the conversation about its future.

This year’s Orator is Christina Ryan, founder and CEO of the Disability Leadership Institute and a specialist adult vertical development leadership coach. Drawing on decades of disability rights activism, systemic advocacy and community leadership, Christina will explore the future of disability leadership and the next decade of change.

The Oration will be followed by a discussion with Dr Alastair McEwin AM.

The event is proudly sponsored by The Achieve Foundation and broadcast in partnership with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) as part of its IDPwD programming.
